One of the most important tasks the AOAO office does is to manage the large database of information for owners and their agents. Please keep us updated with phone, address and email changes so we can keep our records accurate. We have many new owners with no email or phone numbers. We would love to hear from you and update records so we can contact you. We do send out two newsletters a year via email.
The Ilikai House Rules require owners and agents to register their guests with the AOAO office. This allows security to verify the guests are allowed on property and assist if they were to be locked out of their unit. Security is asked to help hundreds of people every week and this ensures prompt assistance so the guests can enjoy their stay.
