Lorenia Leyva brings a strong passion for property management and daily operations, with extensive experience across multiple sectors of the industry. Her background includes construction management of condominiums, multi-site management of multifamily portfolios, scatter-site housing programs for former foster youth, luxury short-term vacation rentals, and numerous condominium projects throughout Honolulu.
Notably, her direct management experience at the Waikiki Marina—located across from the Ilikai—provided her with valuable condo-hotel expertise and long-standing partnerships with many local vendors. Her personal connection to the Ilikai, a property close to her heart, makes this role especially meaningful as she shares the same pride and commitment felt by many of the building’s owners.
Lorenia holds the ARM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), and has earned the Short-Term Rental Safety Inspector credential from Breezeway. In recognition of her excellence, she was named Manager of the Year in 2016 by the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University Channel Islands, along with A.A. degrees in both Accounting and Human Resources.

Rob joined the Ilikai team in 2016 and has been hard at work. He came to us with 27 years of management experience. This has came in very handy and he has assembled a team second to none. The ilikai has had its challenges but Rob takes them head on. There is no shortage of emergencies and projects in this 60 year old Iconic building.
Elena joined the Ilikai team shortly after our new GM came to us. She has been busy organizing the AOAO office and fielding the hundreds of calls and request that come in daily. As an administration for the last 25 years she has done a great job communicating with all the owners and agents. She has a very tough job but handles all the obstacles with ease.
